What happens to my photo?
Your photo is encrypted and tied to your account, reused across try-ons so you never re-shoot per item. You can delete it at any time, and deletion removes it from our systems. Full detail is on the Security page.
Which brands and retailers are supported?
SKANAJO works across participating brands, and coverage grows as more join. Cross-brand try-on is a core feature on Free and Plus - you are never locked to a single storefront.
Can I cancel Plus whenever I want?
Yes. Plus is a rolling plan with no lock-in. If you cancel, you keep access until the end of the current period and then drop back to Free - your saved history stays on your account.
How is the Brand plan priced?
Brand pricing depends on catalogue size and how you integrate - embedded on your pages, discoverable in-app, or both. Talk to us and we will scope it to what you sell.
